Tonight, with the increased moisture from the southerly winds, a few showers will be possible. Otherwise, it will be cloudy and mild with lows only falling to the upper 50s.

On Friday, the cold front will move across Louisiana. It will set off some showers and a few thunderstorms too, and they will likely be in a line. Some of the storms could be strong, but they will mostly be over Mississippi. Check out the latest Severe Weather Outlook from the Storm Prediction Center. Once the cold front moves by, the temperatures will really cool down. Friday night we will be in the upper 30s!

The weekend is looking very good! It will be sunny and cool on Saturday with northerly winds, and partly cloudy and warmer on Sunday as southerly winds come back again.

Another cold front will move through Louisiana on Monday. This front has the potential to give us a much better chance of rain and even some strong to severe thunderstorms. Temperatures will only climb to the 50s once the front moves through by Wednesday!
